II. Carrier's Reimbursements

***	Experienced carriers will ask for significantly more in compensation.

III. Carrier's Possible Reimbursements
A.	Term life insurance.	$300-$600
B.	Maternity clothing.	$500/$750 multiples
C.	Carrier’s transfer fee.	$500
D.	Transportation allowance.	Depends on location
E.	Attorneys fee for carrier’s representation.	$500-$1,500
F.	Medical expenses (not covered by carrier’s insurance  policy) for doctors visits, delivery, lab work etc.	Depends on carrier’s ins.****

H.	Psychological counseling.	$1,000-$2,500

****	Important Note: Medical Expenses incurred prior to the carrier’s discharge from the infertility clinic will not be covered by the carrier’s insurance. This will be an out of pocket cost for the Intended Parent(s). Please check with your fertility clinic for an estimate on these fees as they vary by clinic.

V. Other Possible Expenses
A.	Health insurance for carrier.	$0-$30,000
B.	Lost wages (if carrier is employed & has no disability insurance).	Based on Salary
C.	Husband’s lost wages when attendance is required.	Based on Salary
