Virginia Walker is the Business Manager for our
office. Policies and procedures are continually
being updated and improved to ensure that our clients
receive the most professional service possible. Maintaining
a solid foundation as we grow at a rapid pace is
where Virginia’s 17 years of management experience
benefits our office. Virginia is a graduate
of Ramapo College of New Jersey, with a Bachelors
degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Clients

Karleigh assists Attorney Brisman in completing contracts in an efficient and timely manner. Karleigh graduated from Berkeley College in New Jersey, having majored in Paralegal Studies. She brings over 2 years of legal experience to our firm.

Sally Ann O’Shea is one of our Intended Parent program
coordinators. She assists in matching clients
with their Gestational Carrier. Sally Ann searches
our database to find a Gestational Carrier that best
matches our client’s criteria. In addition,
she is the liaison between the intended parents and
the Gestational Carrier. Sally Ann brings years of
legal experience to our office.

Anne Griffin is one of our Intended Parent Coordinators. She assists our clients in their search for a Gestational Carrier. Anne interviews many of our Gestational Carriers and introduces them to our program, and provides them with information on what to expect as they move forward. Anne is a liaison between the Intended Parents and the Gestational Carrier. Anne is a graduate of University of Richmond and brings years of customer relations and office management to our group.

Jane Groenendaal is one of our Intended Parent Coordinators. She assists in matching Intended Parents with their Gestational Carrier. Jane also interviews many of the Gestational Carriers in our program and shares with them information on becoming a surrogate and how our office works. Jane is also a liaison between the Intended Parents and the Gestational Carrier. Jane majored in Hotel/Restaurant management in college. Jane brings years of office management and customer service experience to our team.

Tina Giliberti is one of our Gestational
Carrier Coordinators. Tina sends potential clients
our information packet before meeting with Attorney
Brisman. Tina
maintains constant contact with the Gestational Carriers
and addresses any questions they have regarding the
process. In addition, once the Intended Parents are
matched with a Gestational Carrier, Tina coordinates
screenings, criminal background checks, home studies
and health insurance reviews for all of the Gestational
Carriers.

Heather O’Keefe is our bookkeeper. She
handles all the escrow accounts for our clients. Additionally
she is responsible for handling all billing and financial
matters for the office. Before receiving an
associates degree from Bergen Community College in
the communications field, Heather worked in the banking
and financial industry for ten years. Heather
brings fifteen years of work related experience to
the firm.

Gloria Harmonay is the Executive Assistant to Attorney
Brisman. Gloria manages Attorney Brisman’s
calendar for consultations, speeches and conferences
that Attorney Brisman participates in year round. In
addition, Gloria assists Virginia Walker in carrying
out office policies. Gloria brings twenty years
of office experience to the firm.
